Last two pages of a letter from Leo Van den Bosch, a farmer from Broadway, County Wexford [see also P134/12/1/1/1/167]. Van den Bosch is seeking cooperation and capital (£10,000) for proposed schemes to build greenhouses for cultivation of tomatoes and flowers for export to other European countries. He also would like to take on students for 2 years to teach them how to grow onions and tomatoes so that within 10 years every town in Ireland would have a market garden.
