File 2 contains details manuscript production records, including handwritten responses to/outlines of characters in the play, for example, MS document titled "The Character of Agata in Tailor's Requiem'; character outline (with written response and drawings) by actor Mark McCaffrey, another from actor Rod Chichignoud for the character of Bartok; manuscript list of stage management notes, lighting plan for the play with lighting cue sheets; notes, letters and photograph regarding costume design for the play sent to Gavin Quinn and Aedín Cosgrove from 'Christle', a prop list for the production; also a printed flyer from the Garage Theatre, Monaghan, who staged a production of the play. (1997).

Contract made between the Belltable Arts Centre, Limerick and Pan Pan Theatre Company for hosting production agreement for "Tailors Requiem". Also includes a letter from Annette Moloney of the Belltable to Gavin Quinn wishing best wishes for the rest of the tour of "Tailors Requiem" and adding "I'm still raving about the show to my friends here in Limerick" (May 1997).

This collection was acquired for the Library in 1990 by Mr Christy Townley, former Librarian of the James Hardiman Library, who had served for many years on the Board of Directors of the theatre. As well as material from the theatre itself, Mr. Townley provided copies of programmes and photographs from his own collection to allow as full a picture as possible of the theatre to emerge. Further transfers of material for later years have taken place from the theatre.
