Theobald, Lord Viscount Mayo and Sir Robuck Lynch Bart., giving the rent of the attached schedule of lands and both undertaking to review the lands after the Acts of Settlement are concluded. Disputes are to be adjudicated by Col Morrice Lynch and Mahor John Browne of the Neale, and failing that Col Garrett Moore of Brees, Co Mayo. The schedule includes extensive lands in the parishes of Ballyovy, Ballintober, Burrishcarra, and Bellaheane.
Articles of agreement for a loan of £100,000, Denis Lord Dunsandle with the Representative Church Body. Part of the Dunsandle estate, the Lismore, Killimor and Clonmoylane estates of Lord Dunsandle were mortgaged to the Globe Insurance Co for £128,500, £100,000 was still owed and the RCB agreed to loan this sum. Deeds of mortgage and assignment were to be drawn up by August and the principle sum was not to be demanded until 20 years had past. Includes a schedule of the estates, giving townland and tenant names and the amount of rent. The total rental for the 4 estates amounted to £9,891.
