Five newspaper cuttings. Includes one relating to the marriage in Kilmaine of Mark Perrin of Knockdromin, Co. Dublin to Elizabeth Miller of Milford (13 Oct. 1869). Also, a description of an attempt on the life of Richard Gallagher, steward to C.C.B. Miller of Milford and a reward offered by Miller for evidence which would lead to the conviction.

Sligo, eldest son and heir of John Ormsby, deceased of the first part; Adam ormsby Lieutenant, 5th Dragoon Guards, second son of John of the second part; John McMullin of Sligo, merchant of the third part. Refers to a lease of 1 July 1768 James McDOnogh to George Ormsby younger brother of John Ormsby of 16 acres of Finisklin. George Ormsby was then a Lieutenant on half pay but by 1799 he is described as 'deceased'. In consideration of £170, witnesses are Thomas Griffith and James W[inwood]. Includes references to Rev. Clotworthy Soden, James Bradagan, owen Cox, Mark Feeney and Owen Kilbride.
