Mayo along with other lands in the Barony of Irrish [Erris]. This is granted to him for 61 years at a rent of £100 p.a. He demises his rights to his three daughters Mary Darcie alias French, Maggie Martin alias French and Ellice French and their respective husbands, Sir Henry Lynch, Dominick Browne and Martyn French.
Agreement between Sir Robuck Lynch of Corrindally, Co. Galway, Baronet, and his younger brothers Dominick and James Lynch in relation to the £800 bequeathed to them by their parents.
