They thank him for his cheque for £365, but state that it exceeds their actual costs. They state also that their costs would come mainly from the sale of the Estate held in trust.

Enclosed Patent issued for a Remembrancer or bell to be used for a fountain pen, pencil or other item on a person so that they won't lose or forget the item.

Later nineteenth century copy of rental and valuation of lands mentioned in the settlement of 1811. It gives tenants names for each demesne, including Trienbane, Sylane, Pullnamal and Beagh Donelan & Beagh Roe, giving a total valuation as £309.7.9 [very fragile].

Deed of lease between Dermot O'Conor Donelan of Sylanmore, Tuam, County Galway of the first part,the Most Rev. Francis J McCormack of Mount Saint Mary's, Bishop of Galway of the second part, and Jerome Fahy, Parish Priest of Gort, and Patrick McGerraty of Peterswell of the third part. He leases to them the lands and premises of Cuilmore, containing three acres, for use as a priest's residence, for 999 years, at £11 per annum.
