Also includes faxed correspondence from the IDA (Industrial Development Authority of Ireland) to Bride Rosney, listing key selling points of the IDA for the US market as well as background notes on US companies in Ireland (15-16/11/1990), and memo from Irish Defence Forces on protocol for civilian dignitaries receiving Military Honours.

Folder of material relating to the Dublin Islamic Society which may have been gathered during the Campaign trail and/or ahead of the Presidential inauguration. It includes photocopy of translation of letter sent by the society to President Saddam Hussein expressing sadness at the latest developments in the Middle East, and concern for safety of family and friends living in Iraq, 08/1990; typed letter from Patrick Enright, Gulf Relative Support Group, to Barry [Carey?] which includes request asking Presidential candidates to highlight real danger to many Irish citizens, and attaching several copies of UN Security Council resolutions, August - September 1990, 18/10/1990; post it note with names of several important members of the society including Imam Yahya M Al-Hussein, Imam and President, and Dr Saleem Khan, member of the community.
