Draft of agreement between Thomas Dillon Hearn of Hearnsbrook and Mary Anne Hearn, his mother, demising all the lands held under her marriage settlement to Thomas, who gives an undertaking to cover any legal debts ensuing from the settlement. The lands include the townlands of Clunacusha otherwise Clooncussy, Coolbawn, Ahanduffmore and Annaghduffbeg, Kilmurry, Killeen, Whitegate, Raheen-in-Carue, Lisdillignymore and Lisdillignybeg, Ahany, Caherknockannecullin, Hearnsbrook otherwise Killimare and Coolbeg in County Galway. Also the lands of Lissolvey, Cavrontteary part of Rathmile otherwise Rathmoyle, Cavronoleary Moneylea, Poulindenny, Ballymadden, Neathfield and Tallaghan, all in County Roscommon.
