Draft deed of renewal of lease between Robert French of Dublin and others to Robert Hedges Eyre of the lands from the river to Lenaboys and Mutton Island. It recites the lease of 1715 when Charles Morgan, grandson of Charles Morgan who held a perpetual lease on the lands from the Corporation, rents his lease to Edward Eyre, and in 1720 demises it as a perpetual lease to Edward, for a yearly rent of £2.12.4.
