Conditions governing access

Researchers are advised that a small percentage of these tracks will not be made accessible by stipulation of Joe Burke - these are either private recordings, or they are of a very low sound quality and therefore distort the perception of the musical ability displayed. Copyright applies to all, and permission must be sought from the copyright holder for reproduction of any of these, or parts thereof. This is not always Joe Burke; there are some recordings made from Raidió Éireann programmes and copyright rests with RTÉ.
