File includes printed concert programme with details of works performed from Beethoven, Brahms, Strauss, Bach, Schubert, Ysaye, Saint-Saens and Lunny, includes notes on individual pieces performed and biographies on both musicians (3 copies, 6/4 pp) Concert contract agreement made between Music for Galway, Cora Venus Lunny, John Lenehan, and Neil Storey (agent) outlining terms, conditions and requirements of performance. Signed by Madeleine Flanagan of Music for Galway; concert management checklist with details of tickets and venue arrangements, attached are manuscript notes with details on ticket sales and allocation; TS biography of Lenehan and also of Lunny, with press article from [Galway Advertiser] "Cora Venus Lunny ? A shining beacon of young musical talent"; Correspondence includes print outs of emails between Neil Storey, artist agent and Madeleine Flanagan, Administrator of Music for Galway and others. Emails includes from Storey to Patrick M. O'Leary (But written to Jane [O'Leary]) discussion RE development of Lunny and influence of Lunny's mother is her daughter's career and hoping to plan a concert in Galway with Lenehan ( 4 Nov 1998, 12 Apr 1999) All further correspondence is between Storey and Flanagan discussing planning and arrangements for the Lunny/Lenehan concert and specifically concert date, recital programme, contract negotiations, travel, brochure design, publicity, rehearsal, media. (12 Apr - 21 Sep 1999) TS letter from [Flanagan] to Storey (n.d.) detailing a negative incident involving a lack of communication between all parties involved, an overly-long concert programme and (prohibited) photography during the performance by Lunny's mother. TS response from Storey accepting the issues and apologising for the incident, "It is entirely unacceptable for anyone I represent to arrive late", "I agree, this is absolutely" out of order" (18 Oct 1999)
