Scope and content
Copy of the last will and testament of John Dillon of Belgard, late of the County of Dublin and now in the City of Dublin. He demises his property at Belgard, and also his lands at Bracklin, Lisolery and elsewhere in County Roscommon, to Arthur Wolfe, Attorney General, of Dublin and John Hussey of Rathkenny, County Meath. He gives use of certain lands in Bracklin to his various nephews, including John Hearne. He also demises certain annuities from his lands to his various nephews in Counties Roscommon, Mayo and Galway, including £50 a year to John, Henry and Alice Hearne. In a codicil of 19 Nov 1797 he states that if bonds given by himself and his brother Thomas to Andrew Hearne are brought to court and charged to his estate, then all charges arising from those bonds are to come from that part of his estate demised to John Hearne.
