Copy of Probate of Adam Ormsby of Charlesmont St., Dublin, granted to executors, noting he died on 20 April 1835. Includes copy will which mentions Mary, Peter and Owen Phibbs, children of his sister Sarah; Sarah, Elizabeth, Anne, Thomas, a Lieutenant in the 92nd Regiment, Owen Lloyd, an ensign in the 88th Regiment and Anthony Ormsby, the six children of his brother Peter Ormsby; Elizabeth Ormsby, daughter of his brother Thomas Ormsby of Knockmore; Elizabeth Ormsby, daughter of his late brother George Ormsby; Anthony and John Yeadon Ormsby, sons of his late brother Anthony Ormsby; his brothers John and Christopher Ormsby. Executors are John Ormsby of Lakeland and his nephew Thomas Ormsby of Knockmore. No witnesses noted, date of will 24 Nov 1834. Henry Mills makes sworn declaration on Adam Ormsby's handwriting.
