Conveyance to make a tenant to the precipe and lead the use of a recovery, for the lands of Ballindo and Rathoma, rectorial tithes of the parish of Ballingarry on the borders of Mayo, Sligo and Roscommon and of the parish of Killukan, County Roscommon; Daurus, the castle and lands of Robine, Rahard and Killnagarken, Lissovelline, lands of Cullen and Skincourt all in the Barony of Kilmaine, Town and lands of Carrowcrum, barony of Gallen. [Gives many variations of names for all these lands]. Parties are (1) Thomas Bucknell Lindsey of Dublin, Esq., eldest son and heir of Rev. Samuel Lindsey deceased; (2) Christopher Ormsby, merchant of Dublin; (3) David Ruttledge of Dublin, Gent. Witnesses are Edward Bell and George Ellison. Includes the acknowledgement of Marcus Paterson Esq. Chief Justice of the Common Bench and allowing the deed to be enrolled.
