Copy conveyance of 97 acres in the Barony of Gallen. The parties are (1) Lieut. Col. Frederick William Trench, Assistant Quarter Master General of His Majesty's Forces; (2) Michael Frederick Trench of Keywood, Queen's County, Esq.; (3)Sir Henry Parnell of Rathleague, Queen's County and Hon. Charles Vesey of Dublin, barrister; (4) Thomas Ormsby Esq. and Lieut. Col. Anthony Ormsby of Ballinamore; (5) John Lord Viscount de Vesci and James Stewart of Killymoon, County Tyrone Esq.; (6) Charles Poulet Doyne of Ballymullen, Queen's County and Andrew Caldwell of Rutland Sq., Dublin, Esq. (7) Maurice Blake of Towerhill, County Mayo, Esq. The term of the conveyance is for ever in consideration of 5s. to be paid to each party by Maurice Blake. Witnesses are John Mills, Robert Simpson, Philip Doyne, Richard Clarke, Michael Malone, Edward Harman Rainsford, William Lindsey. Registry of Deeds number 706.93.483629. It quotes deeds of 25 and 26 November 1803 Trenchs to others and 3 May 1803 Ormsbys to Thomas Lindsey, deceased in 1816, and Maurice Blake. It allows for the division of lands held in common with Trench. Agreement to divide in 1816, John Roe and John Longfield land surveyors of Dublin, to effect the partition. 67 acres in Baun, 24 in Carrowdangan, 4 in Knockshanvally and 2 in Develish attached to the Ormsby estate granted by this deed to Maurice Blake [as trustee for the provisions in the deed of 3 May 1803 which was the marriage settlement of Anthony Ormsby and Rebecca Elwood.
