Conveyance pursuant to the powers contained in Col. Anthony Ormsby's marriage settlement. It relates to 171 acres of Derrybohy, 8 acres of Lisnagross, 48 acres of Carrowdangan held by Brady and partners, 24 acres of Carrowdangan held by Kelly and partners, and 28 acres of bog. The parties are Thomas Ormsby and his eldest son Lieut. Col. Anthony Ormsby; (2) Maurice Blake of Towerhill, trustee to Anthony Ormsby's Marriage Settlement with Rebecca Elwood (3 May 1803); Owen Phibbs of Wilbrook, COunty Mayo, surviving trustee of a certain term of years in the marriage settlement (4) Lieut. Col. Frederick William Trench; (5) Michael Frederick Trench (6) Sir Henry Purcell and Hon. Charles Vesey, trustees of a conveyance dated 8 December 1815. Witness are Robert SImpson, attorney, William Maloney, Edward Harman Rainsford, Peter Ormsby. Registry of Deeds number 706.100.483636. For a map see LE40/4/115. It refers to a deed of 28 August 1755 frequently and it is very much the subject of this deed. Rev. Frederick Trench mentioned in that deed, who is the father of Michael Frederick Trench. By the 1803 Marriage Settlement the lands mentioned in 1755 were entrusted to Thomas Lindsey and Maurice Blake for the life of Thomas Ormsby. These lands and others were sold by Trench to Parnell and Vesey by deed of 4 and 5 December 1815 for 99 years. At expiration of the 1755 lease division of lands held in common to go into effect - the lands mentioned in this deed are the Trench division. Robert Hamilton & Co., solrs.
