Correspondence and legal papers relating to the sale of the Mitchell family’s interest in the lands of Brackloon, Attimonmore South and Laragh in the baronies of Athenry and Kilconnell, Co Galway, to William Daly of Dunsandle. The lands of Brackloon were held under a lease from the Rev Nicholas Devereux to Patrick Mitchell, dated 18 April 1856. Maxwell, Weldon and Co, 40 North Great George’s St, Dublin were the solicitors representing the Mitchell interest. The deed of conveyance and assignment was dated 2 October 1905, see LE13/48.
