Scope and content

Chancery Bill for Dominick Browne, Esq. Garret Lynch, Peter Lynch, and Ann Lynch (a minor, by her next friend John Browne, Esq.) Plaintiffs v. Sir Henry Lynch, Bart., Dame Mary his wife, Robert Blosse, Esq., Henry Lynch Blosse and Francis Lynch Blosse (minors, by their father and guardian Robt. Lynch Blosse). Recites various agreements and marriage settlements, asserting Harriet Lynch’s right to £1750 from the estate, but contested by Robert Lynch Blosse because she was a Papist and that the claim is more than one-third of the estate, which cannot be inherited by Catholics under law from a Protestant estate.
