Canon Hayes writes that his physical presence is not necessary as the Castlemahon guild is 'too healthy to require such attention' and congratulates the guild on its strength. Canon Hayes talks about the works Muintir na Tíre has accomplished and talks about the Parish Plan for Agriculture on its eighth anniversary.
