Managing Director, McDonagh Feeds, McDonagh Milling and Trading Co. Ltd. Galway, to Garry Hynes and Louise Donlon of Druid, stating "In order to celebrate Druid's 21st Anniversary, McDonoghs would like to gift the Theatre premises to Druid, to be used by Druid, for as long as it continues in existence and continues to produce plays annually at the theatre. I have asked our lawyers to put the legal structure in place to give effect to our wishes. (11 Jul 1996); Copy of Druid's Memorandum and Articles of Association of Druid Performing Arts Limited (24 Mar 1981) File includes fax letters to Garry Hynes, Artistic Director of Druid from Derek Dockrell of Burke-Kennedy Doyle and Partners, Architects. Other fax letters present sent to Louise Donlon, General Manager, Druid Theatre, detailing plans submitted for renovation of the theatre, received from Studio 11, O'Donnell and Tuomey, Shay Cleary Architects and others.
