Scrapbook put together by M M O'Shaughnessy's daughter, Helen during her time as a student in Dominican College, San Rafael, California. The scrapbook is of a collection of postcards and newspaper clippings with captions. Many of these relate to the Missions of California, sights from around San Francisco, images of spectacular views to be found in California, particularly Mount Shasta and Shasta Springs, Mount Tamalpais and Muir Woods, Yosemite, postcards with art work depicting lumber mills, photographs from Los Angeles, artwork ahead of the San Diego Exposition in 1915.

A small greeting card and postage stamps are tucked into the back of the scrapbook.
