Black and white, panoramic group photograph of the American Society of Civil Engineers and members of their families. The group is photographed sitting in a courtyard, possibly the Palace of Fine Arts. Many of them are squinting in the sunshine.
The photograph was taken during the Panama Pacific International Exposition, a World's Fair held in San Francisco between February and December 1915 to celebrate the completion of the Panama Canal. Michael M O'Shaughnessy is not included in the photograph.
