Alkel alleged practices by 3 wholesale distributors which prevented, restricted or distorted competition, abused dominant position within substantial part of Common market and affected trade between Member States. Material consists of Commission of the European Communities blank forms relating to application for negative clearance, application for exemption and others, with explanatory note 197[2,3]; copy of typed Annex II "Details of the Alleged Infringement" with handwritten notation, n.d.; photocopies of correspondence between Nicholas Robinson & company, solicitors representing Martin Allen and Patrick Kelly, proprietors of Alkel Limited, and Solomon & Peres Ltd. (wholesale agent), to C.B.S. Records Limited , to Polydor Ltd., and to E.M.I. (Ireland) Limited 05-13/11/1979; handwritten case notes (MR's).
