Draft and attested copy of the affidavit of William Wilson Lynch Wilson, seeking to bring an injunction to stop Henry Stephens, Peter Molony and Michael Earls cutting turf in the grassy portion of his lands at Crag, Snaty Wilson and Belvoir. Includes copy letter from E & G Stapleton to Patrick Molony, Crag, Sixmilebridge, Co Clare, informing him that they want him to stop cuttng turf on the grazing farm. He states that if they do not receive an undertaking to this effect, that they will seek an injunction from Justice Ross (4 Feb 1915).
